When reporting an issue, include your iPhone model, iOS version, the exercise or movement, lighting conditions, and whether other people were visible in frame.
Quick Checks
- Place the phone so your full movement is visible.
- Use steady lighting where possible.
- Give the app a few reps to learn the repeated motion.
- Use the manual rep buttons if the app miscounts a set.
Privacy
Rep x Reset processes the camera feed on device. Workout video is not stored or uploaded by the app.
Optional pace receipt images stay local and only leave your device if you share the generated receipt.
